Ars Moriendi

Ars Moriendi is a permanent project of photographic research into corpses and into the act of dying. Unavoidable state to everything once alive, death brings a new condition to matter, irrevocable changes, beautiful new forms. «Ars Moriendi» was the name of several antique canons, devoted to «the art of dying»; ie, protocols trying to help a good death.

Ars Moriendi es un proyecto permanente de investigación fotográfica sobre los cadáveres y sobre el acto de morir. Estado ineludible a todo aquello que haya vivido, la muerte trae una nueva condición a la materia, cambios irrevocables, nuevas formas de gran belleza. «Ars Moriendi» fue el nombre de varios cánones antiguos, dedicados al «arte de morir»; es decir, protocolos que intentaban ayudar a bien morir.
